Hair: Pepper's hair is individually long, but stops just ever so slightly past the base of her skull as a whole - the collection of straight green strands frame her face very well, and give her a rather eccentric look. Humorously enough, this hair color is 'natural'. That is to say, a gene-mod done by her family generations back out of affection for the Shamrock.

Eyes: Matching with her hair perfectly, Pepper's eyes are a sparkling emerald green which, unlike her hair, really is natural, coming from her mother's side of the family. They often can be seen hiding, twinkling behind her bangs if they're allowed to fall and be messy.

Body: Lithe and nimble with a small, modest bust and some mild curves.

Notable Characteristics: A green shamrock implant under the thin layer covering the white of her right eye, located down and to the right of the left when being looked upon. Also, an odd tendency to appear 'out of nowhere'.

Personality: Pepper seems to be slow and deliberate in her doings, observing with sparkling wide eyes. She is often very eccentric in her thoughts, floating off into her own musing mind with a high frequency. The glimpses she provides at times can be utterly mystifying and soul shaking, but are more often just odd, if not outright comical. Pepper is an honest, kindhearted person ill suited to the role given to her.

Pepper more or less grew up sheltered - despite all the utter terrors of the genocidal war being waged against humankind, she has no firsthand experience with any of it. Save for moving often as a younger child. Her parents were quick witted and clever, befitting of their heritage. Though originating from the planet of Shamrock 3, her family fled with her when she was only six years old as the Drathonians just started to somewhat near the sector at a belatedly slow and ponderous pace. As they Drathonians neared time and time again, the Mills family moved time and time again, ensuring their own safety as the rest of the Republic burned.

Late at age 16, Pepper joined the military for reasons unknown and was rushed through training to fill out an anemic military.

Though unintended, hindsight suggests that Pepper Mills may have an appearance similar to either a younger or a smaller (and therefore less busty) Fio Germi without glasses. On the other hand, Metal Slug is fun.
