Edelweiss is a magical staff made for healing. The Staff stabilizes and enhances healing magic, making it easier to cast, and more effective. Its intended purpose was to allow non-healers to properly perform healing magic, but it found use among normal healers, as well, making them much more effective and capable of healing multiple targets at once. When introduced, a large number of Edelweiss staves were made, but through constant use in war, and subsequent destruction by enemy forces to prevent further healing, their numbers have dwindled. Only a few examples now exist, and are considered incredibly valuable objects.
