Ginga is a medium-sized girl with medium hair and medium looks. She is, however, fairly athletic, and rather smart, rivaling even Takahashi Hisoka in grades. She is best friends with Kokoro Raiko and Sato Kiki, the three of them forming a 'gang' of sorts with Raiko as their leader. Ginga is very loyal, though it is difficult to earn her trust. Once you have earned it, however, it is just as difficult to lose.

Ginga has the power of Teleportation. She also has some other powers, such as the ability to cast minor basic spells, like shielding, and increasing her physical strength. Aside from the Teleportation, not much concrete is known about her powers, though her magic often manifests with a silvery sheen.
