Magical Item: Soul-Scythe, it may only do harm when she is fully physical, and may only take souls when she is fully incorporeal. It's a rather simple weapon in appearance. The shaft is perfectly black, reflecting not a single lumine, and the blade has a mirror finish. The haft is 5' tall and the blade ends about a foot from its origin. A flat rectangle of the steel extends a few inches in the opposite direction of the blade to serve as a counterweight.
Magical Outfit: Soul Cloak. The Cloak of the Reapers, it's what allows them to traverse from the Underworld to the physical world in addition to wandering the physical world in an incorporeal form.

Soul Bind - Gelato: Gelato is a gelatinous, translucent, pink mass with two obsidian shards floating in his midst to represent eyes and a strip of black yarn suspended in his middle for a mouth. Emilia may summon Gelato from the Underworld provided she has her scythe to tear open a temporary Gateway, and Gelato is not otherwise disposed.

When not doing Emilia's bidding, he is a courier for many important people in the Underworld, making up for his lack of flight with a cute, carefree attitude and the ability to stick to any surface at will. He's about as intelligent as one could expect of animate jello.
