Head and Facial Feather Patterns: Yotruyan's head is completely covered in green feathers that go just up to the thin lips that run the entire jaw length. For an Ottyo, he is rather plain looking with only accents of yellow on his face besides the primary green. Unlike some others, his teeth are not visible when his jaw is closed, as he carefully conceals them with his lips. Normally however, the tips of the upper front rows would protrude.
Eyes: The eyes, surprisingly, have round pupils, with green irises. This makes his eyes a little difficult to pick out from the similarly colored facial feathers.
Body: Due to being constantly suited, his body is no longer covered in feathers, revealing pink skin, colored by UV protective pigments. Yotruyan's bone underlying bones can be seen due to a combination of wearing the parasitic special operations suit, as well as malnutrition; his body can only make use of roughly half the proteins available to him from a Terran diet. However, his state of deterioration has ceased, and is now stable due to medical care.
Notable Characteristics: A scar inflicted by a bladed instrument rests on his nose; no feathers grow from the unremoved scar tissue, making it quite visible.
Personality: Curious and prodding, he often tests the boundaries and limits of the host society he finds himself in, sometimes to great personal risk. He derives a humor from causing awkward unpleasantness, often viewing many of the species he comes across as inferior; yet, despite this, craves companionship. Yotruyan usually makes best of the less than enviable positions he often finds himself in, often to the discomfort of others, and to his own amusement. He is somewhat open to ideas, even shocking those he inquires from time to time with concepts that he comes up with himself.

Yotruyan Cliriki was born towards the end of his people's most recent Golden Age. In his youth, he tinkered with old war machines, as his parents were part of a war orientated guild, and built toys and things for himself. He hunted with his brothers as well, and eventually even reactivated and updated a war-mech as his personal servant. His brothers were killed when a predator chanced on their hunt where only he survived, as his mechanical servant chose to save only him. When the time finally came, the mechanized servants and war machines that the Ottyo relied on went through a classic scenario; they turned on the masters. That night, he watched as his mother was gunned down by his very own machine.
When the time was right, Yotruyan became a Galactic Marine of the Principality, and quickly rose through the ranks. Not because of skill, but because he simply survived the battles; everyone above him along with most of his company usually ended up dead. Eventually, Yotruyan was sent out as a leader of a platoon to scout out an area of a mega-city that had gone quiet. His squad was quickly killed off, with him fending off and surviving the threat; he even managed to find a civilian whom had managed to survive until then. Her name was Moriki Tyakkink, whom he would later become engaged to after surviving a chance encounter with his old servant, Sanakan, due to mercy given.
With the prospect of victory slim, refugees and their surviving Imperial Marine protectors were sent off to create colonies in other galaxies. This was an attempt to keep the species alive if it went extinct in the home galaxy. After a long, 50 year trip in stasis, Yotruyan's colony fleet arrived at the Milky Way, landing on a planet best described as a 'death world' where even the plants try to attack and devour people, and where the squirrels are about the size of an elephant. With such a fascinating environment, an unconcealed surface research facility was made to learn more; here, Yotruyan and Moriki both worked together, he as her body guard, and she as researcher. They soon became engaged.
Eventually, the Drathonians sent scouts to the world and found the surface facility. They descended like locusts, demanding everything and anything from the Ottyo residents, including the location of the rest of the populace. With refusal, fighting broke out, where Yotruyan's fiance was eaten alive when she released several specimens in an attempt to buy time. Yotruyan, enraged, contacted command through wire and demanded the often lonely role of Inquisitor; he stole a Drathonian's flesh, and posed as one of their own, leaving behind his new home in search of information and revenge.
Yotruyan eventually found his way to Perinnia, home of the SeFlarinds and location of the latest Terran Incursion. He allied himself with the locals, whom dubbed him 'Killy', a name that made killing sound like child's play. Next, he tentatively fought alongside the Terrans, fighting to free prisoners from a concentration camp. Though he eventually ended up doped up beyond reasoning and with a fair amount of body mass missing, Yotruyan survived due to the life support functions of the Nerve Suit he still had with him. The Terrans took him in to Saratar, and he made a recovery into a half dead state; He then became acquainted with Admiral Evelyn, whom he referred to as 'Shipmistress' as well as many other Terrans, including Cibo and Marcus Wightman.
When the Drathonians attacked Saratar and the Moonie Free State became active, Yotruyan begun to panic at the sight of the Moonies, Dart in particular, and drugged himself, going berserk. He mutilated several of Dart's underling Moonies with is bare hands with the final one fleeing, begging for mercy. He killed that one as well, tearing it's head off and skinning it before a hanger of witnesses. Afterward he laid in a prison cell, fighting the muscle degeneration and withdrawal effects of “Killer's High”.
