The Ieptheros Triumvirate existed for several millennia, before eventually fracturing, and coming to decline, being driven to near extinction by a neighboring empire. The only remnant of this ancient war is the fleet of the Kepari Corporate Trust, an Ieptheros corporate entity that launched a last-ditch effort to save the Yuparil from utter annihilation.
+A thousand years since its launch, the Yuparil people were all but extinct, replaced with a species that represented an inter-breeding between the native species and the humanoid species that joined the fleet in the centuries. This new species named themselves the Kepari, after the founding organization of the fleet, now known by the galaxy as the //Junk Fleet//.

Lending to the stereotype, most Kepari are found in professions that require mechanical and intuitive problem-solving, typically as mechanics and star-ship engineers. Due to their diminutive size, compared to the size of other stellar species, few Kepari are seen in security roles, those that do purportedly possess a 'small dog' mentality.

Their skeletal structure lends to movement by brachiation, and they tend to possess a range of motion that is greater than that of their Terran counterparts. However, some Kepari have difficulty with the cadence required to sprint and are typically slower than most bipedal species.
