 +     Akihiko found out at a young age that when he chanted things, other things would happen. Sure nobody would believe him, the young boy kept this secret, all the while learning a number of spells and learning more about magic. During college, he was able to research the magical history of the world, in which he discovered the existence of magical authorities, and was lead to the [[om:factions:the occultus_magica|Occultus Magica]]. Within the OM, Akihiko has low-ranked administrative powers and is in charge of the magical community within the Nishi (west) region of Osaka.

He has long black hair that is normally kept in a ponytail, and wears a pair of thin-framed rectangular glasses. His normal attire is that of an overly-professional college student- wearing an academic-looking suit- but not a business suit.   \\
