+**Personality:** Joseph is a controlling type of person, who prefers to lead in a situation than to follow. His opinion is that everyone out there are 'below' him. He has an aggressive side to him, often rearing itself when he gets angry at someone - mostly Sakura. Being nice is not part of whom he is, and treating people like dirt is something he deeply enjoys doing. Joseph has no qualms about using magic or physical and mental abuse on his grand-daughter if it means he can use her to keep his identity a secret, or to sniff out resistance.

+**What this is:** A blood summoner vampire are vampires whose abilities go beyond that of a normal vampire, they are individuals capable of either summoning other vampires whom are under their control to their side or are able to summon 'monsters' or 'beasts' with some vampiric abilities. The actual strength of a BSV depends on whether it's Pureblood or a Non-pureblood, or if it's male or female; with female's being stronger than males. Their abilities also pass into the realm of blood magic, with the ability to use their very own blood as a weapon, this has both positive and negative consequences. The positive is that they can potentially infect a person with their blood and possibly take over their mind for a limited time, the drawback is that a Pureblood needs their blood in order to survive and losing too much of it will cripple them - but not kill. Only an anti-vampire weapon or magic can kill a vampire. \\

+===== Abilities =====
+**Primary Ability: Summoning and Vampirism**
+    * Mind Control - this ability allows Joseph to control a person by looking into this eyes, it's not very effective on magic users due to their high willpower but on those with low willpower it is almost impossible to resist however this doesn't mean it won't work it's just less likely 'too' work. Mind Control allows Joseph to control a person's very actions, allowing them to be used as 'pawns', however the mind control has a limited duration as it'll wear off over time and distance.
+	* Projection - The ability to project an aura or an image of himself up to a hundred feet. It's only usage is to trick people into thinking he's at one place or another, it can projected either in front, behind, or to his sides and it doesn't require direct line of sight.
+	* Blood Sucking - A natural ability of a vampire is to suck the blood of mortals, this is what sustains Josephs life. Sucking a person's blood can have various effects, including making someone tired or delirious.
+        * Minions - Is minion is someone who was once human but has become a 'thrall' for a vampire, these particular vampires are not like a pure-blood, in that they can't oppose a pure-blood. Minions last only for a short period of time before they die off, a matter of several days. A minion is stronger than a typical human and might have 'claws' as fingers, making them particularly dangerous in close quarters.
+	* Blood Bats - A blood bat is a bat that can be summoned to serve the purpose of collecting 'blood' from people in the area, this blood can then be deposited into a purebloods body purely be 'eating' the bat. These bats, however, can also be used to track people or attack others.
+	* Thrall Summoning - Similar to a minion, except that it's not someone who had their blood sucked. A thrall is a monster that was summoned into the mortal realm, they are fast, agile creatures with long claws and horns but also possess the ability to suck blood.
+	* Flight - the ability to fly is something unique to pure-blood vampires.
+	* Mind Eraser - an off-shoot of Mind Control, mind wipe allows a vampire to wipe a predetermined amount of memory from a person, allowing them to forget what happened on that day or in the hours that lead up to the present, although it is stated that is wiped the memories are actually 'sealed' . It can also be used to 'plant' memories. This ability is only open to Pure-Blood and Aristocrats, normal vampires can't do this. However, there are drawbacks, if used on people with a lot of willpower then the blocked memories can potentially be unsealed however this can potentially lead to the person suffering hallucinations or even hysteria. For people whom have low willpower, but somehow manage to unseal the locked memories, the afer-effects can be much worse...

+    * Blood Magic is the ability to use one's own blood for magical based spells.
+        * Blood Whip - A whip made out of a person's blood, can be used either to ensnare someone or to attack them directly.
+        * Blood Helion - A blood helion is a dog that drips with blood, the blood itself is acidic and is able to spit this blood on others.
+        * Blood Seal - a blood seal is a type of ward that can be placed in a particular area that disallows a person from accessing a particular place. It can either be designed to work on 'one' person or on many, it is largely ineffective against magic users unless the seal was created using the Blood Crystal, but then it'll only work on one person.
+        * Blood Summoning -  Blood summoning is the art of summoning various types of monsters to fight alongside that of a blood vampire. These monster scan range from the smallest 'animal' to the largest being, all of them posses some form of vampire-like abilities.

+**Appearance:** Joseph has a muscular build, ripped abs, and bulging muscles. He wears various outfits, but his most notable is a blood red cloak that covers his entire body including his face with a hood. He has long 'pointy' teeth and pointy ears, which he claims are cosmetic just to make him look 'different'  \\

+**Magical Item:** Blood Crystal - a blood crystal is an item that can be used by Joseph to ensnare a person and control them, requiring a small amount of a person's blood, it can also be used to cause pain and suffering by jabbing the crystal or by infusing the crystal with magic. A blood crystal allows Joseph to bypass the barrier of a person's willpower to control them, but it only works on one person and he needs blood from that person. \\

+===== History =====
+Joseph's was born in Wales England to a side of the Ijuin family that was more-so known for it's dark image, he learned of his vampire capabilities at a very young age and that he was a pure-blood. His ability to control others often got him into trouble with his parents due to 'witch hunts' that were still active in the region or due to magical societies that either still hunted vampires in order to keep their numbers in check or that would eradicate them from existence.
+When Joseph was thirty one, he married in-family to his sister which later gave birth to Sakura's mother. Part of his pure-blood nature was passed off to his daughter, which in turn was also passed off to Sakura. Joseph prefers to keep his identity a secret, with only his wife naturally knowing of it. His wife and him opened a shrine in Osaka Japan, which he has used to continue to hide his true nature. During the years, he would often target people who were either alone and had no one or people whom were down on their luck. He also found it useful to target woman in sex houses, due to the very nature of those houses.
+Shortly before his granddaughter moved in with him, his wife passed away due to natural causes, this threw him into a depressive spell which caused him to start neglecting his duties as a shrine priest which also started to result in the neglect of the shrine and property. When Sakura moved in with him, he found it to be the perfect opportunity to not only get the shrine back up, but also for him to continue his rounds as a vampire while using his granddaughter as an escape-goat or as someone who can hide his secret despite not knowing what its truly was.
+However, this also presented a problem for him because Joseph doesn't like children in the least, because of this when Sakura moved in he looked at her with nothing but disdain and hatred. He uses the excuse that he is 'screwing' other woman in order to keep Sakura unaware of his true nature. However, Joseph wasn't expecting to be so aggressive and abusive toward Sakura until the first time she disobeyed him and he beat her, he realized that what he had done would get him into trouble with the authorities, he attempted to use his mind wipe ability but discovered much to his shock that it didn't work - unlike how it worked on many woman in the past.
+This lead him to discover that Sakura can use magic, although he suspected it due to a letter from Sakura's older sister, he didn't believe it until a day after he beat her and discovered her breaking several of his blood seals, seals that shouldn't be capable of being broken by normal people. During one of these attempts, he was able to 'harvest' some of Sakura's blood and place it inside of a blood crystal and then used the crystal to mind wipe Sakura's memory of him using his blood magic on her - however he discovered after this that while Sakura was quite rebellious against him, she also feared him so much that he basically realized that she would never 'turn' him.
+This realization rang true over time as he continued to abuse her, and she would never reveal it to anyone. Joseph continued to use his blood magic, more importantly, his Blood Whip, to inflict pain on Sakura, however he did plant a suggestion into her that would make it so that if anyone asked about her bruises she had a chance to 'lie' about where she got them from. Of course, one thing he didn't expect was that the suggestion also made Sakura distrustful of adults - especially males.
+Even though he runs the risk of being discovered, he abuses Sakura's fear of him and continues to use 'sex houses' as a means of harvesting blood to keep him alive although he is also constantly on the hunt for a new 'wife'. He would occasionally bring home a woman and often get together with her in his room, not caring one bit that Sakura might be home and is forced to listen in on what is going on due to the thin walls, often times causing Sakura to leave the home in disgust.
+One thing that Joseph also did to try and keep his identity secret was to falsify Sakura's school records, as far as Osaka is concerned, Sakura is a school-child attending grade-school in another city (Tokyo) while the girl living with him is a relative. In order to keep this facade, a friend of his family uses her name in Tokyo.
