+**Picture This...:** Quite tall for his age, and very muscular, Haru has naturally green hair which he normall dyes black to avoid attention. He has a pair of very short bony horns which jut out from his skull just behind the hairline, but these are typically hidden by headwear or glamoured out of sight. He has a muscular build, and looks quite sturdy, but he isn't quite 'big'. Haru typically wears a very neutral expression, and tries not to smile to hide his larger and somewhat sharper and more jagged teeth.    \\
+**You Hear...:** Haru has a soft, yet deep voice, and his accent hails from the central Japanese mountains that he hails from. A student of several languages, he is somewhat fluent in English, and is learning Gaelic to further his Druidic studies, but can't speak it as well as he can read and write it. \\

His long travels in the woods have almost permanently imbued his clothes in earthy and forestly scents, such as those of loam and evergreens. Self conscious about his heavy musk, Haru tries to stay clean and uses natural colognes that help accentuate the scents that weigh heavy on his clothes. \\

+Unlike his large, muscular size would lead one to believe, Haru is a calm, level-headed and kind person, almost aloof at times, and slow to anger, but equally slow to show any outward joy. Fully aware of the outward signs of his parentage, Haru tries to keep his Oni-derived traits under wraps, and is self conscious about his horns and teeth, as well as his natural hair color. Helpful almost to a fault, Haru is always ready to rise up to a challenge, whether it be carrying a stack of books or facing down a rouge Yokai.  \\

+The son of a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kannushi|Kannushi]] and a female Oni, Haru was raised on the border between the human world and the spiritual world, befriending both the children at his school and the Yokai of the forest, he grew up to respect the worlds that both of his parents came from. However, due to his appearance, which even though it was mostly human featured several visible traits from his mother's side, he was the subject of bullying. as a child, he gave into his anger at the mistreatment, and ended up severely hurting the children that had bullied him, but was left wracked with guilt and shame afterward. Spending several years training with his parents deeper in the mountains, Haru shaped his personality around a desire for peace and a love of nature.
+As he grew, Haru devoted his training to using his natural gifts toward becoming an Onmyouji, to act as an intermediary between Youkai and humans. While he is largely peaceful, and prefers to settle issues diplomatically, Haru is well aware of how far a bit of force can go toward settling a dispute, though he only uses this in moderation. As he grew into his adolescence, Haru grew interested in the world at large, and taught himself English to broaden his horizons, then discovered Druidism, which he began to learn about and practice almost as a hobby. that was, until he learned that there were honest to goodness Irish druids living in Osaka, and one of them had started a school, no less. Taking his chances, and with the blessings of his parents, Haru traveled to Safeholme academy to learn more about Druidism, and magic at large. \\

+Haru has trained from a young age in the practices of Onmyōdō, and is officially recognized as an Onmyōji, albeit a lower ranking one. He is trained in purification, exorcism, as well as performing rituals and construction of sealing devices, and the use of any magical tool an Onmyōji would have access to. Additionally, His Half-Oni heritage gives him a greater resistance to many of the abilities and techniques that Yokai use to harm, annoy, or otherwise affect humans.
