+Marcus Wightman was born into a wealthy, politically active family. Both of his parents were Senators of their homeworld prior to the great betrayal. As a child, he was groomed to step into the universe of politics, resulting in a callus view of others as tools. He is, and forever was, an only child often spoiled by gifts and treasure. His parents were particularly eager about forming political alliances with the Drathonians, and even invested much of their vast fortune into stocks concerning them. Like Cibo, this ensured the family's fall. Despite the proximity to Drathonian forces, Marcus himself was able to flee the planet in their private ship; he claims his parents were killed on sight.\\
+With much of the Wightman family fortune gone, and the family name shamed due to their close association with the Drathonians, Marcus had little to spare, soon joining the Terran Military to make a living. He himself rapidly rose through the ranks as the war raged on, often toying with those above and below him to get what he wanted. On the way, he met another then shining star by the name of Cibo Malinowski; he considered her 'damaged goods' and took her heart anyways. He reasoned it was a bargain. An easy score. Sadly for him, Marcus had greatly underestimated Cibo's deductive abilities, with which she found out who was next in his crosshairs.\\
+Today, his career has stalled, and he has seemingly hit a glass ceiling that he cannot break through. He has been scarred and yet continues on with his greedy lifestyle. He did not learn anything from his prior encounter. He is now pulling strings to get onto the Battle Hymn, considering that is the toughest, and therefore safest ship in his view. Marcus now finds himself assigned to watch over a member of the Ottyo species known as 'Yotruyan Cliriki', though often referring to him as 'Killy'.\\

+Appearance: Marcus has a rather dashing figure to go with his sandy blond hair and blue eyes. He is somewhat tall, and is quite fit. However, he has many horrific scars across his body, one of which is on his face; it goes from his left lip to his ear in a curl, making him look like a half grinning devil when in the dark. His fingers appear to have been broken several times, and are callused.\\
