+Personality: Istvan is a crazy, somewhat dirty old man. As a natural Genius, he is eccentric and somewhat socially awkward, but he doesn't seem to care. As old as he is, nothing seems to faze him. \\

+Short History: To put it short, Istvan has lived way too much to put into words. After figuring out how to make Shielding work for both Physical objects and energy-based weapons, he went on to invent hundreds of commonly used items, as well as patenting thousands of ways to do things better than they had been done before. he has won so many awards that, melted down, the raw metals bought him an entire continent on Ovid as his own private haven. After living in obscurity for Several long decades, Ovid III was attacked, driving Istvan out from his hiding place and back into the world at large. Deciding to follow one of his projects, Istvan forced his way into an assignment on the Hymn so he could personally oversee the [[:ASIAN_MIII]] project, specifically the first one, Evelyn.
