 +**Distinguishing Features:** Besides his hair and monstrous height, Hector sports a large knife wound that stretches from the left corner of his chin and carved out a small chunk of his left nostril.

 +**Personality:** Impatient, pompous, and short-tempered; these three words best describe the man. Hector signed up for the military to kill things, any other command disinterests him. A dangerous man while bored, Hector's favorite "toy" is fire, hence his nickname "Hellfire". While in Basic, the heavy burned down the latrines because the commanding officer told him that the toilets needed to be "clean enough to eat out of". Being a smart ass and resourceful (not to mention lazy), he burned the latrines down. His excuse was that the latrines were now sterile. He is the type of person who loves talking about destruction and will be the first to volunteer for duties that invite a bit more chaos into his life. Will be found, more often than not, smoking a cigar before and often during a firefight.

 +Hector never knew his parents, he was an orphan on [[space_stations:hamiltion_station|Hamilton Station]]. At a young age he learned how to fend for himself and at the ripe age of eight he took to the "streets" (a name given to the passageways in space stations) quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. When he turned 10, the betrayal turned his gang's life upside down. Many refugees fled to his space station and along with them gangs. The fighting increased but during this time he met his best friend Jacob Smith.\\

 +When he turned sixteen, a military recruiter took interest in Hector and told him to bulk up and wipe that smile off his face and maybe one day Hector could join the marines as a real man instead of some punk street urchin. At the time, Hector merely blew him off and continued being a strong right arm for a gang boss. Everything was cozy for Hector until his gang boss decided that since his gang was the strongest on the station, the gang should take down security and be the rulers of the station. Jacob did not agree with this new plan as he had recently signed up for the Station Security force. The gang boss found out and killed Jacob. When Hector heard what happened, he forced the gang leader to disband the gang and then killed him by punching his head until he bled from his eyes. During this fight, Hector received the cut on his face and lost a chunk of his left nostril. Hector finally realized what the recruiter was trying to tell him. Hector, age 21, immediately turned himself into Station Security where he was sentenced to life imprisonment.\\

 +Two years and nine months later, the same recruiter moseyed up to the cell and told Hector that he had grown up quite a lot in seven years and bulked up quite a lot as well. Hector was informed that if he were to consent to join the marines and made it into the heavies all charges would be dropped. Without a second thought, Hector agreed.
